Marketing Strategies offers two ways to work with recruiters. The first model includes 50/50 splits. We will browse through more than 40,000 resumes in our database to help you fill any positions you may have.
Recruiting Model Two
Our second recruiting model includes career consulting. We help other recruiting agencies or corporations prepare candidates for successful interviews. This process includes personalized career analysis, resume customization, and overall interview preparation. All you need to do is refer us and for a small, negotiated fee, we will coach your candidates into marketable condition.
We provide faster searching because we aggregate many job sites and millions of job listings in one place. Through this system, participants in our program receive inside information about company hiring trends and company listings with positions, titles, and contact information. They also have access to a system that automates almost every aspect of their job search process and will be able to manage, customize, and store all their documents in one location for quicker access.
Contact Management System
Candidates will be able to apply directly for positions from our program and have a contact management system to keep their notes and other information organized. They can run detailed progress reports and send them to their former employers for easier monitoring of the job search process and the outplacement process.
